I am Giovanni Barbato, chief designer and holder of Barbato Design.
Our philosophy is to meditate on shapes around us and the spaces in which we live to improve the way we relate with them also studying the emotions that such relationships provoke. To meditate on the uses and the traditional customs to improve them and eventually to stimulate new ones, working on objects and utensils of common use considering and inventing new ones. To deepen the knowledge of the natural and synthetic matters its use and limits integrating it or replacing it.
These targets, common to very different disciplines, are at the base of our way of living and work, we, as human beings, believe in the effort to improve our life, to facilitate our work and to increase the sources of pleasure and our comfort.
