We woud like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce our company The Hai Nam Sourcing Company, so that you may consider adding our company to your approved suppliers.
Over the last two years, we have sourced products for many companies and in many countries. Flower pots, plastic flower pots, plastic bags, Handicraft, furniture, cashew nut, plus many other items.
We help our customer to buy directly from manufacturers in Vietnam. By cutting out the middleman, our customers substantially reduce costs and gain more control overproduct design.
Our roll as sourcing agent is to facilitate the process. With office in Vietnam, our experience team is able to communicate effectivelly with the customer and suppliers to ensure products quality and delivery time.

How to pay works
- We charge 2% of the tolal cost of the goods
- You pay for all shipping costs, including samples
- Order must be $10,000 to mee minimum order requirements.
Sourcing Details
1. Identify a quality Supplier
- Search for suppliers on business to business network such as Alibaba or Global Sources
- Use English to search business networks
- Communicate easily with suppliers via online chat and over the phone
- Resquest a sample from potential to review at our office in Vietnam
- Send samples that pass our Vietnam office review to client for final review
2. Visit the factory for quality control
- Meet suppliers face to face at their factory
- Assess factory quality based on factory
- Share client product details only after supplier signs and enforceable NDA
- Select optimal supplier
3. Negotiate a manufacturing deal
- Estimate timing and define pricing
- Launch payment process (transfer of deposit, open letter of credit)
- Sign a manufacturing agreement
- Revisit the factory for inspection during the production process
4. Manage shipping and customs
- Select freight forwarder after comparing price quotes
- Arrange customs clearance process and domestic transport to client
